Article espressif ide lsp support #57

This PR contributes an article by @kolipakakondal and consolidates the commits from the following PRs:

  1. https://github.com/espressif/developer-portal/pull/50/files (PR1 > main)
  2. https://github.com/pedrominatel/developer-portal/pull/4 (PR2 > PR1)

On top of that, there is Kirill (me) who also wants to offer some edits.

To simplify the work on the article, Kondal agreed that it would be best for Kirill to consolidate the existing commits, add his edits, and then have all the changes reviewed in one place (in this PR).
