LyraT and LyraT Mini Battery Protection issue (AUD-1205) #312

There is an issue where the LyraT and LyraT mini will only power from a battery (without usb connected) when the power switch is in the on position. If the battery is connected and powering the board correctly, then you switch the power switch to off then back on, the battery will not power the board.
