How to correctly subscribe topic on GCP? (CA-154) #30

Hello,

Based on my understanding I know that the example code is publishing msg to GCP to topic /devices/<deviceID>/events How can we subscribe this topic on Google Cloud Platform?

Go to Subscriptions -> Pub/Sub -> Create subscription -> create topic -> Topic ID -> events
