ESP32 Homekit Gateway queries #109

We want to use the ESP32 program to make a WiFi + BT + wired gateway, to be able to access Homekit, the gateway through the Bluetooth and Bluetooth terminal connection, WiFi or wired access to Homekit, so that it can be realized that the Homekit control Bluetooth terminal device!

From HomeKit's perspective, it will be a bridge similar to this example. However, adding support for Bluetooth itself is beyond the scope of this project. You may ask about it under esp-idf issues.
