Update the .md BLE Mesh Examples Tutorials (IDFGH-8330) #9807

The documentation explaining the BLE Mesh Examples is not update. For example, BLE_Mesh_Node_OnOff_Client_Example_Walkthrough.md for ble_mesh_node examples is explaining deprecated code lines and features.

Can you please update this example tutorial (BLE_Mesh_Node_OnOff_Client_Example_Walkthrough.md) I gave as example, as well as the other examples tutorials?

This documentation updates would help the developers to understand better the Examples functioning, and the implementation for their specific applications
