Schedule all queued Tx packets from timer task (d4e693e)

@david-cermak I am not sure regarding version should it be 1.2.5 -> 1.2.6 or it's better 1.2.5-> 1.3.0 due to https://github.com/espressif/esp-protocols/commit/af330b6
What would you suggest?

Please update to 1.3.0, the browse feature definitely deserves a minor version bump
