Updated scripts

used also preview targets for slave candidates
used local copy to compare changes (per issues with CI/checkout action -- no git repository)

Updated the lib

adds slave selection to wifi-remote directly
regenerated per recent IDF changes
made esp_hosted dependency only for "wifi-less" targets

Updated examples and tests

used specific RPC lib to avoid linking issues
simplified to test either local or remote wifi API
