No icons or incorrect icons for some devices

based on : Standard Predefined Types documentation

eg.

• for some icons e.g. TV, Washer, Air Conditioner, Speaker .... icon marked as "no image" but in Rainmaker icons are shown as "Other" image
• for Thermostat the icon is different than in the documentation ( correct in app, wrong in docu )

You should complete the graphic design and make icons for all devices. The app is great!
