staticfile.org is blocked by default on many networks, causing WebUI to fail (TZ-1165)

Issue or Suggestion Description

When I access the WebUI from a network with an up to date blocklist, staticfile.org is blocked and I cannot scan for thread networks

I think it's blocked because of eg https://x.com/malwrhunterteam/status/1806429093778559214?lang=en
