Unclear instructions (AIV-568) #236

See problem below:-

$ idf.py menuconfig
Executing action: menuconfig
CMakeLists.txt not found in project directory /Users/cnd/Arduino/esp-who

I assume "menuconfig" needs to be run in some other folder? Which one(s)?

try one of the example folders. you have to set the target first, e.g idf.py set-target esp32s3
