Update clangd drivers path based on the target change and restart clangd server

Tested under: OS - Windows 10 / MacOS ESP-IDF: v5.2.1

create project -> select ESP32 target -> change target to S3 -> do see query drivers points to according toolchain ✔️ image

LGTM 👍
