GIF not handled correctly #139

Google+ turns some things into GIF files for pseudo-animation and those are not handled correctly in the plugin and/or rendered pages - they show up as broken images.

do you have a specific example for that? what things are turned into animations? video previews?

It happens with stuff from my G+ stream - Google transforms videos into animated gifs and some photo albums into "auto awesomed" gifs. That stuff shows up as broken images in my reclaim blog at http://hugo.rfc1437.de/reclaim/ - just scroll down a little bit for some of those broken images.
