https://github.com/espruino/Espruino/pull/1998 has just been merged allowing faster BLE transfers.

But to allow this to work for transmission we should detect if we're getting big packets back and change everything accordingly. See https://github.com/espruino/EspruinoTools/commit/253798ea0c4b26d3a4055d876f0e7bb5956c86dc
