Lost Data On Docs #405

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.

2. at 1203 doc was fine and running
3. at 1243 lost data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

about 1.5 days of data gone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GDocs

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried going though the forum but very important data has been lost.
