Add video capability for BW cameras.

It extends the use of the StreamGrabber for BW cameras

Hello Gabriel,

It seams that you need the video mode for BW camera. You may not notice but this mode was already implemented, you can normally switch to it in the Interface constructor. Is it what you need? Did you tested it?
