This may help to identify problem states and potential underlaying issues in each (i.e. Are some states' policies more lax than others? Are inspecitions not happening as they should be? etc.)

@gclancy @jodimward this map is showing the affected states, not the originating state.

We need a UI mockup for the user to specify "show my recalls that originated from... (state name)"
