Add ExcludeDir to bakery meta language #191

add support of ExcludeDir with single name parameter. It specifies which directories shall be excluded from the bakery build

Using the Exclude for each Project name sometimes is not convenient, but having the additional directory ExcludeDir parameter can simplify the Collection.meta content if the excluded projects are in the same folder.
