Debian install successes but doesn't create an executable in path

Describe the issue

What did not work as expected? I tried to install chipmunk on Ubuntu based disruption, the installer works without any errors and the install logs didn't contain any errors as well but chipmunk executable isn't available in PATH. After some investigation I have found the executable under /usr/lib/chipmunk/chipmunk/chipmunk but the SimLink to usr/bin seems to be missing

Steps to Reproduce

Download Chipmunk Debian package from the latest release and execute it with Ubuntu installer.

Environment

Ubuntu-based Distribution 22 LTS Chipmunk version: Latest 3.12.9
