[Feature Request]能否在spp-shadowsocks-plugin的QUIC协议上实现hysteria的流量双向加速机制 #3

之前在晚高峰对比测试韩国的龟壳，hysteria协议看youtube视频能够稳定保持30-40M的带宽，相对的spp-shadowsocks-plugin的kcp协议大概在10M左右，spp-shadowsocks-plugin的rudp协议在8M左右，spp-shadowsocks-plugin的QUIC协议基本只有1-2M甚至断流

能否在spp-shadowsocks-plugin的QUIC协议上实现hysteria的流量双向加速机制，使spp-shadowsocks-plugin的性能更好一些？
