Automate standup of services, mapper and editor on AWS

Complete the following tasks to automate the stand up of the env in automated fashion

• [x] Install Oracle java instead of openjdk
• [x] Change the url creation from shard.env_name.domain_name.com to env_name-shard.domain.com
• [x] Fix the db_user name so that the mapper can automatically start
• [x] Update the database name and Reference names to NAQS and TopWatch DB
• [x] Redirect http to https on the aws application load balancer or install nginx and redirect on server
• [x] Automatically create a DNS alias on AWS so the site is online as the installation completes
• [ ] Automate the curl to "reconstruct name strings" using apikey after first installation so names search has non-blank names
• [ ] Automate the curl to "publish the first draft tree" using apikey so we can search through taxanomy tab
• [ ] Setup services to be the root application
• [ ] Integrate test cases to build process
• [ ] Add a Parameter to the standup process so data source selection has multiple options for dates and a baseline database
• [ ] Swap passwords during build process (In Progress)
• [ ] Create jSON templates all four NSL shards
• [ ] Parameterize the shard variables for customization, tree and taxa types, etc
