Cannot add more than two doi prefixes to configuration #39

When adding three doi prefixes to the service configuration for the DOI Service. We got an error becuase guid.doi.doishoulder.3 did not exist in the base metacat.properties file. We need to enable and arbitrary number of doi prefixes.
