What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The above mentioned version 3.0.1 when deployed wont work in windows 7 x64 
bit but works flawlessly 

2.when i try to change target Build to AnyCPU it gives the following 
Error/Exception

3.'The invocation of the constructor on type 'WebBrowser.MainWindow' that 
matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception.' Line number '4' 
and line position '9'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the Output is nothing but Execution .. instead i see the following above 
exception

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.0.1.0023 and windows 8(x64 bit)

Please provide any additional information below.
the whole issue when target build to x86 it works but when i change that to Any 
CPU it throws me that Above Exception.. i need any immediate solution for this 
fast .. Appreciate it
