I don't have Snow Leopard yet, so if there are any developers who do and want
this
issue fixed, please contact me.

I just recompiled under Snow Leopard and then restarted. No errors on reboot
(as I was getting before). Making a
recording now to test and make sure it is actually working.

Everything works fine except for ComSkip itself - it keeps throwing up errors
that it cannot find a video PID. Will
work on it later today.

@nowalmart: Hey, thanks. The no PID issue may be a duplicate of Bug #17. I
keep
meaning to update the comskip source itself, which may have fixed this issue,
but the
last time I tried it didn't compile cleanly and I haven't had time to fix it.

Looks like it worked on a third recording. I just moved this week (and have a
new cable provider), so it is difficult
for me to say if the missing PID issue is a result of Snow Leopard or something
different in my set-up.

In the meantime I do have a .DMG that seems to work on Snow Leopard.

I was unable to compile a newer version of comskip - that was simply beyond my
knowledge/ability.

@nowalmart: Thanks. Did you have to change anything, or did you just type
"make dmg".
If the latter, could could you email me the .dmg file at jon.christopher at
gmail dot
com, and I'll post it.
