Comskipper does not work on Snow Leopard #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Comskipper or have it as a login item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Nothing, since it always runs in the background.
What happens: An error pops up and it gives me the option to terminate 
Comskipper.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The current version on Mac OS X 10.6.

Please provide any additional information below.
The error is:

"ComSkipper Error
An unexpected error has occurred during execution of the main script

ValueError: Unknown typestr"
