when TV window not in focus/active there is no sound

When the TV window is not active (not in focus) there is no sound (but the 
motion pictures are running in background). In "Console" there are no log
entries regarding this issue. I don't have this issue with other
software like iTunes or VLC media player. This issue arrived after installing 
etv-comskip.
