Auto-Commencial Removing Doesn't Happen, Forcing via Terminal Works

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can manually force MarkCommercials to run in Terminal.  It appropriately 
marks programs according to my settings.
2. It has never been able to automatically mark a recorded episode after or 
during airing.
3. Activity monitor does not show any of the program's activity.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to automatically mark commercials in EyeTV.  It does nothing.  I 
would like it to MarkCommercials as it records, as well.  I have enabled the 
"Live_tv" trigger in comskip.ini.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have EyeTV 3.5  I have the most recent version of Comskip Donator version for 
h.264.  I use a Hauppauge HD-PVR to record.

It occurred to me after posting this, that this might not be the correct 
location to post my individual problem.  However, I haven't heard the word on 
how things are working with 3.5 yet, so maybe it is the right place.  I 
apologize for any clutter.
