Wine Freetype error #49

On Oct 12 ComSkip stopped marking commercials with EyTV. In Console the comskip 
log now says:

err:process:__wine_kernel_init boot event wait timed out
Wine cannot find the FreeType font library.  To enable Wine to
use TrueType fonts please install a version of FreeType greater than
or equal to 2.0.5.

Any idea what is going on?

MacPro 5,1 OX10.6.8
EyeTV 3.5.3
