What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-clicked ETVComskip-2.0.2-10.6

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The app should have installed ETVComskip but install I received the following 
error: The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error 100030.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ETVComskip-2.0.2-10.6.  I am running Mountion Lion 10.8.5

Please provide any additional information below.
