Update text in Upload & Downlaod Data Section #2

See file ./R/module_importexport.R: Update helper text for file uploads. The intent is to provide supporting helper text (or content) such that a new user could understand the format of each file. For templates see - Stressor Response Workbooks see (./data/stressor-response....xlsx); Stressor Magnitude Workbook see (./data/stressor-magnitude_....xlsx); Watershed Polygons (Spatial) (./data/watersheds.gpkg) - look up what a .gpkg file is if you need to (it's like a .shp file) & try opening it in QGIS. A sample Population Model Vital Rates can be found here: life cycles.csv

For each text block try to describe the format of what each column is & what it means (in bullet form). Perhaps you can gather text from the reference documents.
