We haven't explicitly tested for this before, so we should take note of a SPA site with monetization enabled and test accordingly.

We've checked cinnamon.video and have regularly tested on sites like hackernoon.com, dev.to, as well as other sites with client-side rendered content. It seems we have our bases covered.
