Added AudioKnob and generates DPs #31

The behavior for the AudioKnob when dragging the mouse isn't perfect IMHO but if you like it we can tweak it further.

I kind of broke my own advice in that I think one should style the existing controls and not couple behaviour and visual aspect. Oh well eshrug
