feat: add settings to DB #84

Before creating tables:

Sets journal_mode = WAL for Source::Path.

For every new connection:

Turns on foreign_keys for both Source::Memory and Source::Path.
Turns off trusted_schema for Source::Path.
Sets synchronous = NORMAL for Source::Path.
