Lots of clean up tasks in this one..

Remove program kinds. Everything is a contract now. We'll have to deal with libraries later.
Remove solve directives
Update tests across the board
Remove scalarize.rs
Rename program to "contract"
A bunch of other small things in the docs etc.

I just squashed all the WIP commits, rather than having them pollute the history... not that we tend to care too much for this repo. 🙂
