feat: Add a Pint Reference chapter to the book #763

Includes both a command reference and manifest reference for pint.

These were created manually for this PR, but ideally we'll automate the generation of these (at least the command reference).

I've removed the prettier linker from the trunk formatter plugins... I have no idea what it's telling me to do here: https://github.com/essential-contributions/pint/actions/runs/9836960475/job/27153776093 ? Is it normally useful for markdown? Looks like the markdownlint is already enabled.

Managed to DL and run prettier -w ./ locally on the book src.

trunk-io has never worked locally... it tries to download and dynamically link to stuff when I run trunk fmt and then just fails :shrug:
