Update asm gem with the new memory ops #972

After https://github.com/essential-contributions/essential-base/pull/224 gets merged... lots of changes to memory and storage ops

Looks like the big changes are not included in this release.. they are still in the develop branch. So probably nothing to be done for now except bump the essential-base versions in pint.

There are changes in https://github.com/essential-contributions/essential-base/pull/213 which I'll find very useful for implementing morphisms.
