Program plan : using maps/arrays for json serialization #13

As noticed on the forum, it seems that the current core_el_programme_plan.xsl is prone to json syntax error.

The attached file, using array/maps instead of raw text for json serialization, should be more robust to this kind of errors. core_el_programme_plan.txt
