Account for tech products in project business footprint #14

As noticed in the forum ([https://enterprise-architecture.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2860]) impacted techproducts are not accounted for in bus. caps project footprints.This PR adds these technological impacts both to the project_summary and the bus_cap_summary reports.
