Research Articles in Simplified HTML (RASH) Framework includes a markup language defined as a subset of HTML+RDF for writing scientific articles, and related tools to convert it into different formats, to extract data from it, etc.
Sorry It I missed it but if RASH documents are supposed to be readable not only in javascript-enabled environments, then each RASH document should contain a declaration (with RDFa, for example) about itself being a RASH document. This would be useful for a general XML/HTML reader to display RASH documents correctly, computing references, and so on.
