Broken link on winpdb site

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Access the URL http://winpdb.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/WinpdbTutorial in a browser.

I'm getting Internal Server Error.

Hi,
I'm working on the winpdb tutorial. Great works but I can not download the .py 
files.
In particular I very need "divisible.py" on
http://winpdb.org/tutorial/WinpdbTutorial.html
