1 month ago Customer estate: book services, add new houses, delete it, modify status. Technician: elaborating runner result, send complete work to customer, contact customer by chat. Runner: check runner's work flow.
Not all technicians or runners will have the same authorization; I think, when admin create new technician we can assign him one or more services.
Many services don't require to assign it to runners, we have some services we can assign directly to technician.
In this case I think, when admin create service, he can decide if it needs runners or not.
Customer Estate : accesso al CRM e ai servizi. Technician : accesso ai servizi. Runners: tecnico operativo (gestisce le richieste di servizio) Backoffice: Gestione pratiche. Admin: accesso completo (reportistica e amministrazione).
