Thanks for the pull request! I like the idea of this, but I'd prefer to generalize it a bit, as it's not just relevant for CRMLS, but for any mls with a media type. Also most of the code after finding the results isn't related to the rets gem, so I'd prefer to skip it, to keep the documentation concise.

Closing for now. @gildardoperez if you want to work on this to clean it up, I'd love to have it, but I'm probably not going to get to it myself anytime soon.
