Fix broken link to Capability URL List. #91

Neat, thanks! I'd prefer not to link to a pdf if possible as I don't think most browsers support internal page links for pdfs (I tested safari and chrome, chrome worked, safari didn't). Mind switching to an html version?

Yeah good point, I wondered about that. I checked Firefox and it works there too.

I did a few exact text searches and only came up with this one. It doesn't give as much explanation and I didn't want to link to some random, unofficial site. http://intelijans.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/rets/server/src/etc/RETSServer.properties

What do you think? Maybe I could add an additional comment noting the page number in case the browser doesn't support it?

yeah, that sounds fine. If you want to add the page number, I'm game to merge this.
