Vajra cannot mine Gregtech Naquadah and Enriched Naquadah ores #9

Mining level for Vajra is insufficient. Tool hardness need to be higher than diamond or id break Gregtech Naquadah and Enriched Naquadah ores instead of mining it.

Also Vajra should use shovel harvest on Dirt/Grass/Mycellium/Podzol otherwise it spawns "Khendrel Keght" from Ender Zoo.

Sorry to disappoint you since you have been supporting this addon since its early stages but it will be put on hold until 1.8.9/1.9.
