Added less/mixins/ subdirectory to package_data. #19

I've experienced LESS errors after upgrading to 3.2.0 regarding missing mixins/ directory. This directory seems to be in the PyPI package, but does not get installed. This line in setup.py fixes the problem.

Thanks for the report and sorry for the oversight. Will cut release 3.2.0-1, probably tomorrow.
