Add integration tests #7

All those green unit test look great! I'll add some integration tests for critter (partly to learn how it works).

Oh! The cli isn't implemented on the v0.1.0 branch yet? Any idea of what you want the interface to look like?

Ah sorry yes, haven't thought about it yet! I have been building from the blocks up to the models.

Thanks for looking at some integration tests, no rush :)
