Update info regarding conda installation #22

I have added nanoq to Bioconda so I updated the documentation to reflect that.

Hi @druvus thanks for this. I'm a bit late to the show and probably do not know enough about updating the bioconda recipe with the new changes. Could you explain how I can update the recipe in bioconda-recipes so I can make a PR with the new version?

Edit: figured it out! Thanks for the initial recipe contribution :bow: rejecting this now due to superseding edits in README
