Upgrade Chromium and remove Firefox #22

Firefox was added due to failing to operate ETC with MEW as described in #12. However it greatly increases the build size. This could be avoided by upgrading Chromium. This can be solved either by upgrading Debian from Jessie to Stretch or by manually installing Chromium to Bitkey.

Chromium is preferable to Firefox due to more commands available for security and less dependency on user profile for advanced configuration.
