Fix or remove "cold-online" mode #3

Electrum 3.0.2 no longer offers the deseed function. In order to cold-online mode to work, it requires the seedless, public-key-only wallet to be exported when synchronizing with the USB storage. Maybe Electrum offers another function for this task.

Alternatively, cold-online mode could be removed entirely. QR scanning with mobile Electrum is safer and more practical than exchanging a USB drive with an online system.

As I have found no convenient function for deseeding and little justification to preserve the cold-online mode, I have removed this option.
