Add more altcoins #8

Merge with https://github.com/daniel-lima/bitkey for dash, monero, and ripple.

The bip39 wallet introduced in v1.03 makes this merge redundant. Only Monero is missing.

IOTA seed generator and paper wallet were added in release 1.05.

Considering relevance due to market caps (https://coinmarketcap.com), priorities should be Cardano/ADA, Dash (cold wallet if possible, otherwise use Exodus), NEM/XEM, Bitcoin Gold/BTG and Monero/XMR. Verge/XVG has also been cited as relevant.

Jaxx could also be included to expand currency options in hot-online mode, e.g. Augur and ZCash.

Sorry, I don't understand why I can't see litecoin wallet on my bitkey. I've downloaded it from bitkey.io. So, I know that you added this wallet on your own, and maybe that's the reason if I can't find it in my bitkey copy. But if I try to use it from tar.gz (without any installing, because I don't have enough space to do it) it disappears after the reboot. Is there a way to update my bitkey with those new wallets? Thanks
