FB bot is down because there is no dedicated non-profit to take ownership per new facebook vetting rules. Check other bots (emails that Telegram is down as well) and update integrations on main site.

Telegram fixed, other bots checked, FB taken offline until we figure out how to get a bot without an org behind it
